Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, it should be returned with tags intact, within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this time. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please note that all garments are inspected thoroughly before despatch for any defects.
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail it (marked 'Return' on the outer packaging) or call in to: Private Collection (Ladieswear) Ltd, The Square, Lewes Road, Forest Row, East Sussex,  United Kingdom  RH18 5ES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, so will be deducted from any refund you receive.
Unsuitable items may also be returned to the shop by personal callers, during the hours of trading, however no travel costs will be reimbursed. Goods returned on this basis, must still fulfil the above conditions but refund will be immediate. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. We regret we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Refunds are available for full price items only.  We regret sale items will not be refunded.  (Statutory rights not affected)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or colour, please email us at info@privatecollectionladieswear.co.uk or call us on 01342 823703 and we can confirm availability

Shipping
